The
Claremont Trio - Friday, February 13, 2009 - 7:30 pm
The Claremont Trio is one of the most exciting young groups performing
today. Twin sisters Emily Bruskin (violin) and Julia Bruskin (cello)
formed the Trio with Donna Kwong (piano) in 1999 at The Julliard
School. They have since won several competitions and played in prestigious
venues.

the pennywhistle, burning up the banjo and bodhran, grilling a fine
guitar and spicing it all up with plenty of quick, dry wit is The
Wood's Tea Company's famous recipe! In their trademark suspenders
and blue jeans, this folk music trio which always adds a guest fiddle
player also fires off impressive vocal harmonies, cooking up a spirited
brew of bluegrass, Irish, Celtic and "old sea" shanties.

From the Heart"
Bonus concert for
new members who join for the 2009-2010 subscription series. The
Sacramento Master Singers is a group of choral musicians from the
greater Sacramento area who are dedicated to the advancement of
choral music. Established in 1982, the singers delight, challenge,
and inspire their audiences with seasons programmed to include premieres,
classics, and a wide variety of musical periods and styles. Their
Auburn program will be "Songs From the Heart."
